We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist. Our client is a well-known recruitment agency with over 25 years of experience in creating workforces that are fluid, resilient, diverse, and differentiated. The aim of the company is to connect the right talent with the right project.
At the moment we have many projects available varying from pharmaceutical, medical, banking, fintech as well as IT background, so we are sure you will find something for yourself!
What you will do on the daily basis:
- Exploring the needs of the client
- Approaching candidates directly via social networks (e.g. LinkedIn, GitHub and Facebook) and delivering a high-quality service which is always expected
- CV screening
- Posting job advertisement on job boards and social networks
- Taking actions when it comes to identifying candidates for the most demanding roles
- Reporting on recruitment process and making sure that the database is updated at all times
What you will need to succeed:
- Experience in sourcing – at least 1 year
- Passion in conducting research – if you like searching for information, verifying it, selecting it and you do this precisely
- Reliability, transparency and diligence – those qualities are non-negotiable
- Necessary requirement of perfect command of English (min. C1)
- French and German are not mandatory but are a huge asset
- Willingness and initiatives to build workforces across different professional areas
