Last few months have been really intensive, uhh… Hence we are looking for a Sourcing Coordinator to join our team. It is rather an administrative position linked to recruitment. You will be responsible for taking care of job boards, setting calls with the candidates and taking care that every process of recruitment runs smoothly.

Responsibilities:
- Recruitment administration (e.g. pre-screening, interviews coordination)
- Managing the recruitment process and applicant flow
- Leading and supporting managers in full life-cycle recruitment
- Updating and administrating recruitment database
- Handling quality and timely job-board postings
- Assisting managers in communication with candidates
- Cooperation with HR colleagues and managers on HR related projects
- Taking part in development of internal tools and finding new solutions to improve the recruitment process
Your qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- One or more years Human Resources or Admin experience
- Basic knowledge of talent acquisition processes
- Fluent Polish and English language (C1 level)
- Excellent written and verbal skills, ability to adapt communication style to various audiences
- Attention to detail, Resourceful, determined, collaborative approach with strong sense of urgency
- Intermediate computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications and applicant tracking systems
