Are you passionate about online advertising and technology and would like to join one of the technological accessories?
You will be the point of contact for small business clients who would like to boost their social media advertising to the fullest! And you will know how to do it!
Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Support Expert will be:
- Providing support for small and medium businesses (chat in channels (live.)
- channel), e-mail and telephone
- Providing pre- and after-sale support for all self-service products
- Introducing product and tool support, improving test results
- Identify trends and solve problems with multi-company SMB support
What’s in it for you?
– Contract type: initial contract for 1 year with possibility of extension (renewed twice before it becomes permanent)
– Base salary:
Option without the accommodation: 910 euro brutto
Option with the accommodation for international cadidates: 860 euros brutto (accommodation: single room in the shared apartment with all the bills included)
– Working hours: Mon – Sun 7 to 21 (40h/week)
– Training: 15 days
– 22 days of holiday per year
– starting date: 27/06/2022
For international candidates:
- Airport pick up and administrative help with registration in Portugal
- Reimbursement of flight expenses after 9 months
