You will support our client as a Technical Support Expert, providing professional and exceptional technical support to their corporate client base in an innovative and fast paced environment.

The job

You will be part of a team of top-class Technical Support Experts. You will receive enquiries via a ticketing system and resolve them using your expert technical knowledge of the online marketing platform.

As a Technical Support Expert, you will be working with one of the products below:

  • Search Ads 360
  • Display & Video 360
  • Campaign Manager
  • Authorized Buyers
  • Studio

The activities

Part of your daily activities will be:

  • Resolving technical enquiries and troubleshooting of the online marketing platform in a B2B environment;
  • Using judgement in defining solutions to clients and adapt existing processes and methods to craft
  • alternative solutions;
  • Using basic coding and debugging skills for problem analysis;
  • Understand the business goals of the clients and support them through a chat system providing solutions in a timely fashion;
  • Achieve strong customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results.

What’s in it for you?

– Contract type: initial contract for 1 year with possibility of extension (renewed twice before it becomes permanent)

– Base salary:

Option without the accommodation: 1360 euro brutto

Option with the accommodation for international candidates: 1070 euros brutto (accommodation: single room in the shared apartment with all the bills included)

– monthly performance based bonus: up to 200 euro brutto or more

– Working hours: 40 Hours per week from Monday to Friday, between 06:00h and 19:00h local business hours (rotating schedule)

– Training: 7-10 weeks (refunded)

– 22 days of holiday per year 

For international candidates:

  • Airport pick up and administrative help with registration in Portugal
  • Reimbursement of flight expenses after 9 months
  • Yearly paid flight to home destination
