The Card Operations (chargebacks) team within Banking Operations are hiring
Banking Operations – Card Operations Analysts. We would like to offer the

  1. About the role, you will…
    ● Join the Global Card Operations team as a Card Operations Analyst
    ● You will review and investigate customer initiated card disputes
    (unauthorised and authorised)
    ● File Card Disputes with either Visa or MasterCard
    ● Have the opportunity to learn both MasterCard and Visa chargeback
  2. You should…
    ● Speak native German (C2) and English (C1)
    ● Have been working in Customer Service previously
    ● Have an understanding of/interest in the MasterCard/Visa Chargeback
    ● Be an ambitious and committed individual who will bring a desire to learn
    and improve your current knowledge as well as a desire to drive the
    improvement and optimisation of our processes
    ● Be comfortable in a highly driven team and working with a substantial
    degree of autonomy in a fast-paced environment.
    ● Be familiar with Salesforce & Dash
    It would be great if you have (not required, but a definite plus!
    ● Experience with or knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
    ● Experience with or knowledge of SQL
    ● Previous relevant banking experience
    ● Previous experience in Card Disputes handling, either MasterCard or Visa
