Together with your colleagues you will be providing empathic and excellent customer support to ensure customers’ happiness. The service includes receiving and responding to inbound calls, email and chat messages.
What you will be doing on the daily basis:
- Listening to customers’ questions and concerns, providing the best possible answers and solutions;
- Troubleshooting and provide information regarding orders, deliveries, payments and returns;
- Providing information about fashion products;
- Assist, by phone or through written support, to any of the customer’s questions and concerns regarding the service;
- Escalating and rerouting the necessary matters and issues to other departments;
- Advice our customers on a high level, providing updated help guides and meeting their individual needs.
What you will need to succeed:
- Native/near-to-native command of Russian (min. C1)
- Good command of English (min. B2)
- Excellent soft skills which are required to provide excellent help to company’s customers
- No experience in customer support is required, yet having some will be an asset
- Skill of multitasking since you will have to speak with the client and use the software at the same time
TRAINING:
The training period is 10 working days. The successful training is a basis to ensure your competency in helping customers.
WORKING HOURS
Monday to Sunday, from 07:00 am to 07:00 pm (you work 40 hrs a week since this is full-time position)
