Your tasks
- Contact with internal UPS teams by phone, email and Skype, in German as well as in English
- This is not a short position
- Creation and publication of weekly and current reports for sales management, account executives and other internal partners
- Regularly apply solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Support the sales team by providing detailed insights into current business developments
- Support for account executives to ensure business growth
- Working closely with various areas of the company including marketing, sales, operations, customer service and finance
- Creation of presentations, newsletters and reports
Requirements
- Native comprehension of German language
- Good command of English (min. B2)
- Comfort in using Microsoft Excel
Contract type
- Fixed-term, renewable employment contract with an initial duration of 12 months
- Subsequent extension for a further 12 months
- Possibility of permanent employment after 24 months
- Private health insurance from the signature of the employment contract
- Salary:
- Without accommodation 1750 Euros/month
- With accommodation 1380 Euros/month
