What you need:
- Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Slovak and good understanding of English (B1 Level);
- Good computer and internet skills;
- Fast learning capacity;
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and team spirit;
Your responsibilities:
Part of your daily activities will be:
•Support Bank Customers;
•Provide clear information about products and service;
•Manage customer requests and clarify any doubts;
•Deliver a positive attitude towards the brand;
•Provide top-class interactions and customer service in rotating shifts.
Contract details:
· Initial contract with a duration of 12 months;
· Up to 1 contract renewals with a duration of 12 months;
· Permanent employment contract after 2 years;
· Private health insurance after 6 months of contract signature (additionally to the standard insurance).

Base salary:
- Option without the accommodation: 1070 euro gross (brutto)
- Option with the accommodation for international candidates: 1010 euros gross (brutto) (accommodation: single room in the shared apartment with all the bills included & fast internet)
