The position is for famous automotive brand where you will be supporting the clients to help them get the best out of their automotive systems!
You duties:
- Answering calls and emails in Slovenian
- Answer questions such as: my GPS is not working? / How can I connect my phone to the car? / How can I steer the car from my application on the phone?
- Providing excellent customer support
- Escalating the issues to higher departments if necessary
NOTE: We do not need you to have experience – you will have the training which is going to last 3 weeks and we will teach you all the protocols.
You offer:
- Base salary: 1300 euros gross (+2 bonus salaries a year, so you get 14 salaries instead of 12)
- Monthly performance based bonus: up to 200 euros (depends on your engagement)
- Relocation package: flights from any European country + 2-week accommodation in a hotel
- Renewable contract initially for 3 months
