Your employer in Portugal is a well-known customer service provider that has many headquarters across Europe. The company currently employs over 400 thousands people and regularly receives awards for employer satisfaction. Currently, our client is looking for Dutch-speaking employees in customer service. Our client regularly offers development in many career pathways.
Currently you can work from anywhere in Portugal, i.e. fully remote.
Your responsibilities on the daily basis:
- Help clients solve problems
- Providing clients with the necessary information
- Support for a certain number of customers assigned by phone, email or remote connection
- Implementation of objectives in accordance with quality standards
- Work as the main contact for all customer problems
What you need to succeed
- You have a native or near-to-native command of Dutch
- Good command of English (min. B1)
- You can move to Portugal or already live there
- Ability to work on the phone and via e-mail
- Customer-oriented action
- You need to be a teamwork as well as independent worker
What we offer:
- Employment contract directly from the company for 12 months with possibility of extension
- Two options of salary
- With accommodation: 1070€ (i.e. single room in the shared apartment with other workers )
- Without accommodation: 1250€
- Signing bonus of 2500€ for immediate starters

FOR INTERNATIONAL CANDIDATES:
- pick-up from the airport and help with formalities in Portugal)
- Reimbursement of flight tickets after 9 month
