You will be responsible for providing Content Review of Norwegian texts and videos. You will investigate, escalate and/or resolve issues that are reported by users or flagged by the system as inappropriate or not in accordance with the rules.
To be successful in this role, you must be fluent in Norwegian and have excellent language skills. Previous experience as customer advisor or Content Analyst is not a must, but it is a plus.

Responsibilities as Content Moderation Analyst:
- View and action potentially violating content on an ongoing basis
- Conduct objective, fair, unbiased, and investigations into reported content
- Be an expert on internal policies and be konwledgable about the policy updates
- Identify and share observed patterns about reported content to improve performance
Requirements:
- Fluent in Norwegian (C1 level);
- Good knowledge of English (B2/C1 level)
- Must have an EU passport
- No previous experience required
