Join a leading outsourcing company that specializes in providing customer/technical support and content moderation services and become part of a team of experts! Our client is currently seeking dedicated professionals who are who are willing to work from Lisbon from offices or home in Lisbon area.
Starting Dates: Various starting dates available, including: 01.08.2023

No Experience Needed: Previous experience is not required. What matters are your language skills and willingness to learn new things!
Location: you can work remotely from any city less than 100km away from Porto or Lisbon
Your Responsibilities:
- Delivering customer service for Microsoft products
- Resolving technical issues
- Delivering accurate product information
- Escalating complex issues to higher level of support
- Assisting with account management and billing
- Subject of the technical inquiries are among others M365 technology (SPO, EXO), basic Active Directory troubleshooting (users, mailboxes), as well as inquiries in connection with API and networking. Basic knowledge of these topics is required for this position.

Requirements:
- Fluency in German (must be at least C1)
- Communicative level of English ( at least B2)
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Interest in technologies
What you will gain:
Salary, bonuses and benefits:
Standard salary of :
- 1312€ as your base salary
- 160 Euros as performance bonus
- 1475 Euros in total
- Option to use discounted accommodation in Lisbon provided by the company

- The first contract for 12 months, It is possible to sign a permanent one after 2 years (or renewing the previous one)
