Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify customer needs and offer personalized solutions to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or department
- Educate customers on the benefits and features of various insurance products and services
- Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:
- Fluent Dutch speaker – must be C2
- Communicative English – at least B2
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Nice-to-have experience in customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and a team player
- Willingness to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal
Offer:
