Project: Work for a Swedishmultinationalhome appliancemanufacturer, headquartered in Stockholm. It is consistently ranked the world’s second largest appliance maker by units sold, after Whirlpool.
Your Responsibilities:
- act as point of contact for transactional, technical e-commerce etc related issue of our customers
- offer the most suitable solution to customers’ issues and become their trusted partner
- troubleshot customers’ integrations and help resolve any technical issues they might face
- diagnose and resolve problems using documented procedures and checklist
- be challenged to achieve predefined qualitative and quantitative targets
What you will need:
- Fluent level of Swedish (at least C1)
- Good level of English (at least B2)
- Communication skills
- Enthusiasm and a desire to learn new things
- Eligibility to work in Greece (EU citizenship or full rights to work in Greece)
- You need to be in Greece or open for permanent relocation there – with our excellent relocation package!

- Base salary of 1300€ gross and you get 14 salaries per year = 18 200€ per year
- 350€ Performance Bonus per month – for results from work and meeting expectations

- Full-time, fixed-term Greek contract with the possibility of converting to a permanent contract after expiration
