What you will be doing:
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Identify and assess customer needs to ensure their satisfaction
- Build trust through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate and complete information to the clients
What we require:
- Fluent in German (B2) and English (B2)
- Excellent writing skills, customer-oriented, and adaptable to different customer queries
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Flexible to work on Saturdays and in rotational shifts
