Job Description

Our client, a global total workforce solutions firm, is looking for a talented individual to join their team in Paris. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with the Recruitment team to align Talent Community strategy with hiring needs.
  • Developing overall strategy for building a talent pool and driving outputs from Talent Community.
  • Presenting TC strategy to key stakeholders and building buy-in for Talent Engagement Strategies.
  • Creating regular reports and insight for in-demand areas, diverse talent, talent pool health, engagement metrics and talent pool hires.
  • Partnering with the Attraction Team to create content for engagement and driving engagement in TC.
  • Building a library of content for Business Development purposes.
  • Acting as SME for CRM activities such as training, support, new features and general TC administration.
  • Creating, administering and executing Portals and TC’s to support attendance and data capture of events.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree level education
  • A first experience in brand management or marketing
  • Fluent in French and English (C1-C2)
  • Experienced in stakeholder management; consulting and influencing stakeholders, with a passion for having conversations about candidate engagement strategies and talent pools
  • Comfortable presenting training, solutions, and data-based research with small to medium sized groups
  • Ability to interpret data and trends to inform strategy
  • Excellent attention to detail and experience working with Microsoft Suite products
  • Self-motivated with proven experience of developing and leading sourcing related projects

The working schedule  Monday to Friday, with regular hours (8 hours a day, 5 days a week). Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work remotely (home office) as well.
