About the project:
It is a German bank that operates solely through a mobile app and website. This means that you can manage your money, make transactions, and see your balance all through your phone or computer. It’s like having a regular bank, but instead of going to a physical branch, you can do everything online.
Work from Greece
Your Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding cars, such as warranty issues, recalls, or problems with the vehicle.
- Troubleshooting problems with customer’s cars, providing guidance and instructions on how to fix the issue.
- Escalating issues to a higher-level technician or supervisor for further assistance.
- Keeping up to date with product features, specifications and the technology of the cars they are providing support for.
What you will need:
- Fluent level of German (at least C1)
- Good level of English (at least B2)
- Communication skills
- Enthusiasm and a desire to learn new things
- Eligibility to work in Greece (EU citizenship or full rights to work in Greece)
- You need to be in Greece or open for permanent relocation there – with our excellent relocation package!
