About the project:

DoorDash: In 27 countries around the world, DoorDash is a technology startup that links customers with their preferred local businesses. What you will be doing:

  • Become an expert in Doordash products, effectively identifying and matching the right solution for each potential new partner
  • Perform sales an onboard potential new partners (craft lead generation and outreach strategies, cold calls, discovery, pitches, overcome objections) to both warm and cold prospects, evangelizing Doordash´s platform and explaining how Doordash can help their business grow
  • Be the first point of contact and explain to prospects how Doordash will support their business
  • Work independently, managing a full sales cycle from lead identification to close in order to achieve monthly sales quotas
  • Utilize sales technology stacks in order to maximize sales effectiveness and accurately track all sales activity
  • Meet and exceed revenue and sales activity quota/targets.
  • Build a supportive community and act as an anchor for Doordash.


  • Fluency in Polish (must be at least C1)
  • Communicative level of English at least B2)
  • You live in Lisbon or you are ready to relocate
  • Interest in advertising and sales
  • Experience in outbound sales with a proven record of driving revenue
  • Strong negotiation skills: You have the ability to consultatively sell, present effectively, overcome objections, and close the deal
  • Flawless written and spoken communication skills.

What we offer

SALARY – OPTION WITH ACCOMMODATION (room in a shared apartment with all the bills included): 990€ gross


Initial contract with a duration of 12 months, permanent after 2 years (or 1 renewal)
